
Spring Wild Edibles: Forage & Feast
Forage spring greens, edible flowers and mushrooms on a guided walk, then sit down to a lunch of wild edibles. You take home a basket of wild greens, recipes and a surprise treat.

What will we eat?
Wild edibles prepared at least five gourmet ways: a spring greens salad with goat cheese, fermented magnolia honey and salmon berries, lemon nettle pressed flower shortbread cookies, spruce tip soda, watercress dip and nettle pesto.
What dietary needs can you handle?
Vegetarian and gluten-free guests are covered. We cannot accommodate other dietary restrictions at this event, such as dairy-free.
Who can join?
The ticket is for ages 7 and up. The group is capped at 13 guests. Please leave pets, cigarettes, drugs and alcohol at home.
What should I wear?
Dress for the weather, rain or shine. Wear long sleeves, thick pants and sturdy boots. If you want to forage for watercress, bring knee-length boots. We rent whole sizes for $10 a pair. Bring a small backpack and a water bottle.
What if it rains?
The event runs in light rain, and we have rain canopies available if needed. If we have to cancel because of severe weather, you receive a full refund.
Where do we meet, and when should I arrive?
In the Woodinville area, about 30 minutes from Seattle. Arrive 15 minutes before the start so you can use the restrooms and we can begin on time. The booking confirmation gives the exact spot.

A basket of fresh-picked wild greens, a special gift, a surprise take-home treat and exclusive recipes.
